Fulfilled means your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Parcel tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created. For freight orders, it can take up to 2 to 3 days depending on Metropolitan's schedule. If there is still no movement after that, reach out to us and we will look into it.
